GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE PARLIAMENT ON GREENBRIAR

This Guest Agreement for Parliament on Greenbriar (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the person or persons identified below as the Guest and 5310 Greenbriar, Ltd., (“Parliament”) concerning Guest’s stay at The Parliament on Greenbriar located at 5310 Greenbriar Houston, Texas 77098 (the “Property”).

Date of Occupancy. Guest shall occupy the Unit only on the following dates agreed to by this booking. Check in time and check out times are listed on the Parliament Policies, attached and incorporated into this Agreement.

Non-Interference. Guest shall not attempt to occupy or interfere with any other guest’s occupancy of other units at the Parliament.

Parliament Policies. Guest’s occupancy of the Unit is subject to and conditional upon Guest’s strict adherent to all Parliament Policies, which is linked and incorporated into this Agreement.

Release of Parliament. Guest’s occupancy of the Unit is subject to and conditioned upon Guest’s receipt and acceptance of all provisions of the Parliament Release & Waiver of Liability, which is linked and incorporated into this Agreement.

Effect of Signature. By signing below the Guest acknowledges and agrees that it has accepted all terms and conditions of the Parliament Policies and Parliament Release & Waiver of Liability. This Agreement is the entire agreement of Guest and Parliament regarding the Guest’s occupancy of the Unit. Failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement or the Parliament Policies is grounds for ejectment.

Guest hereby represents and warrants that Guest is authorized to sign all documents in connection with this Agreement and has full power and authority to bind all Guest(s) identified above in this Agreement.
